Okay, I know this is the third deviled egg recipe, but they are just the one of the best easter appetizers!
A fresh twist on traditional deviled eggs.
🛒You’ll need:
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Pesto
- Mayo
- Salt
- Pepper
👩🍳Put it together:
1️⃣ Place your eggs into a boiling pot of water, and let them boil for about 15 minutes. Once the eggs have finished boiling, place them into a bowl filled with ice water to cool.
2️⃣ Peel and then cut the cooled hard-boiled eggs in half, and pop the hardened yolks out. Mash the yolks, and mix in the mayo, Pesto, and seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
3️⃣ You can use a piping bag or Ziplock bag to pipe the yolk mixture back into the hardened egg-whites (or you know, you could just use a spoon or butterknife to scoop the mixture into the egg-whites 🤷♀️).
4️⃣ Place on a platter and enjoy!
